Check out all the commands (cheats) of Victoria II! The list below brings codes for you to control absolutely everything in your nation, from attributes, units, modes, new functions. etc.
To use the codes, just open the console by pressing ` (quotes) or ~ (uncle), type the cheat and press Enter. Note that some cheats only work with the Hearts of Darkness DLC. In these cases, we leave it well specified in the table. Check out!

| prestige [value] | Provides the specified amount of prestige. In case you don't have the DLC installed, the command will add 55 prestige |
| leadership [value] | Provides the specified amount of lead. In case you don't have the DLC installed, the command will add 100 leadership |
| goods [value] | Provides the specified amount of goods and money |
| plurality [valor] | Changes the plurality level to the specified value |
| revolt [Province ID] | Starts a revolt in the specified province. You need to type the command twice for it to work |
| instantconstruction | Turns instant build mode on and off. It is applied to you and the machine |
| inc | Turns player-only instant build mode on and off |
| instantresearch | Turns instant search mode on and off. It is applied to you and the machine |
| in R | Turns player-only instant search mode on and off |
| Yesmen | Turns on a mode where all machine nations will be in favor of all trades |
| tag [country tag] | Change the country you are playing in to the specified country |
| event [Event ID] [Country Tag] | Starts the specified event in the specified province |
| changeowner [Country Tag] [Province ID] | Changes ownership from specified province to specified country |
| changecontroller [Country Tag] and [Province ID] | Changes control from specified province to specified country |
| conquerall [Country Tag] | Conquer all land in the specified province |
| showprovinceid | Reveals the ID of all provinces when you hover |
| spawnunit [unit id] [province id] | Summons the specified unit in the specified province. Unity emerges in full force and no organization |
| break | Force your country to surrender to rebel demands |
| upperhouse | Interrupts the re-election of the nation you are currently playing in |
| election | Starts an election in the nation you are currently playing in |
| militancy [value] | Changes the militancy of all populations to the specified value |
