Summoning knights is one of the most fun (or frustrating) mechanics in Saint Seiya: Awakenings. This is the main way to unlock new characters, and there is one way to increase your chances of getting Gold Saints, S-Rank and A-Rank: by aiming for the right constellations.
Attention: this technique has not yet been proven by the game's developers. However, many players report that they got S and A rank knights quickly using these tips. It is important to remember that the technique does not guarantee these characters, it only increases the chance of getting them. Good luck!
Tip for Summoning S-Rank and A-Rank Knights
Firstly, in the invocation menu, in the lower left corner of the screen, one of the three statuses will always be written:
- Lucky (Lucky)
- Very Lucky (Luckier)
- The Luckiest (Luckiest)
As you can imagine, this is the meter of your luck at the moment. So always try to summon when the marker says "Luckiest". Don't waste your resources trying to summon on other days.
Then, in Advanced Summoning and Theme Summoning, before clicking the summon button, also check what is written just below your luck. Depending on the phrase, you will have to point the compass to a specific point in the sky. Check the table below for all variables:

Other ways to increase your chances
New account in Advanced Summoning: if you don't have any gold saints yet, your first 20 attempts at Advanced Summoning (not applicable for other modalities) will have a much higher chance of getting them. The goal is to ensure that new accounts get at least one Gold Saint as quickly as possible. After 20 attempts, the probabilities return to normal values:
- Rank S: 2%
- Rank A: 20%
- Rank B: 78%
Thematic Invocation: each week the themed summon is dedicated to a different gold knight, for a limited time. This modality increases the chances of you getting that specific knight.
