Teamfight Tactics (TFT), like other autobattle games like Dota Underlords and Auto Chess, also has an item system to boost champions (heroes).
In TFT, items can only be obtained through creep drops in neutral rounds. The drop chances are variable, so you can leave a neutral round with more than one item, or none at all. Also, it is not possible to know which item will be dropped.
The game has 9 primary items (those that can be dropped). All other stronger items are formed through combinations of these 9 items, which are:

- Recurve Bow
- Unnecessarily Large Baton

- Mesh Quota
- Negatron Cloak
- Giant's Belt
- Boxer's Gloves
- Spatula
