Resident Evil 2 Remake is full of safes and locations to open. That's why we brought the codes and passwords for you to solve all the puzzles in the game and not break your head or Leon's or Claire's with these puzzles! See below for their locations and how to resolve them!
1. Lion table
Leon's table is one of the first puzzles in the game. Nothing too difficult, however. You must decipher a riddle with information that is in the room, but you don't have to, because below we tell you the combination:
- Address: West Office
- Code, solution or combination: right lock ---> MRG / left lock ---> NED
- Wins: High-Capacity Magazine (Leon) e Speed Loader (Claire)
2. Ammunition and Weapons Depot
Here you will need Spare Key 1 and Spare Key 2. You can get Spare Key 1 from the ammo depot, in an open locker, to the right of the entrance. Spare Key 2 is after you complete the entire Basement. Once you get them, you might have some useful weapons:
- Address: Safety Deposit Room
- Code, solution or combination: put Spare Key 1 in the missing number 2# and Spare Key 2 in the missing number 3#.
- Wins: Shotgun Shells/Flame Rounds and Gunpowder with the 2# key and Combat Knife with the 3# key. Obtaining this you get the Hip Pouch, which increases inventory space
3. Locker lock on the 3rd floor
Getting to the top of the ladder is going to be a lot of work, so let's not waste time guessing the code.
- Address: 3rd floor, top of the Northwest stairs
- Code, solution or combination: DCM
- Wins: if with Leon, gain Magnum ammo. If with Claire, gain Submachine Gun ammo
4. Unicorn Statue
One of 3 statues with a small and simple puzzle to be solved.
- Address: No Lounge
- Code, solution or combination: Pisces, Scorpio and Vase
- Wins: unicorn emblem
5. Statue of the Lady
The hardest of the 3 statue puzzles, as you can barely see the figures.
- Address: West Storage Room
- Code, solution or combination: Woman, Bow and Snake
- Wins: Lady emblem
6. Lion Statue
The Lion statue is one of the easiest riddles to crack on your own. Just a few tries and you're done! But nothing like having a logo on a tray:
- Address: Main Lounge
- Code, solution or combination: Lion, Twig and Bird
- Wins: lion emblem
7. Men's locker room lock
If you're keen, you'll notice a whiteboard in the room next to the Operations Room. On it is written the word CAP. This is the password for the lock for the men's locker room.
- Address: men's changing room
- Code, solution or combination: POSTAL CODE
- Wins: Get Leon Shotgun Capsules and Claire's Grenade Launcher Ammo
8. Safe in the Waiting Room
The solution to this combination is in the Confiscation Report File, in case you want to know!
- Address: Waiting Room
- Code, solution or combination: left 6, right 2, left 11
- Wins: Wins Muzzle Break for Leon's High-Capacity Magazine and High-Capacity Mag for Claire's JMB
9. Control Room Padlock

- Address: Control Room in the sewers
- Code, solution or combination: SZF
- Wins: Ammo for Leon's MAG. Ammo for Claire's Submachine Gun.
10. Water Treatment Room Safe
Look at the side of the safe and there's the combination!
- Address: Water Treatment Room in the sewers
- Code, solution or combination: left 2, right 12, left 8
- Wins: Shotgun Stock para a W-870 Shotgun de Leon.
11. Sala de Controle from Greenhouse I
There are two puzzles in the Greenhouse Control Room. The secret is to unravel what the images mean:
- Address: Sala de Controle from Greenhouse
- Code, solution or combination: F, II, 2 L's, F
- Wins: releases the stairs to B2
12. Sala de Controle from Greenhouse II
If you thought the first Greenhouse puzzle was boring, the second one is even worse:
- Address: Sala de Controle from Greenhouse
- Code, solution or combination: 2 L's, large square on top of a small one, a thick I
- Wins: releases the Dispersion Unit in the Drug Testing Lab
