Once your Town Hall reaches level 4 in Clash of Clans, you will unlock a new game mode called Builder's House. All you have to do is rebuild the broken boat on the beach to gain access to new lands, new quests and new ways to play.
Although the dynamics of this mode are similar to what you already know, there are some differences that are worth explaining. In order for you to fully understand what Casa do Construtor is, we have prepared this complete guide, which will also offer very useful tips for your gameplay.
What is Builder's House mode?
For those who didn't understand well, the Builder's House mode is like an expansion of Clash of Clans. On this new base you have a new Town Center, which is nothing more than the builder's own home. Let's say that's where he goes when he's not working his main turf.
In this mode, this House is the one you must evolve and protect at any cost. As the Master Builder has learned new techniques, you will have at your disposal new skills, new troops, new buildings and other ways to fight against players online.
So this mode is just an extension of the original game. Still, it's important to say that in it you start entirely from scratch. You have to reassemble the entire base, and you can't take the resources from the first village to this one, with the exception of gems.
In this mode there are good evolutions too. Troops, for example, train alone, and it's even more important to use each troop's unique abilities. Since there are no spells in the Builder's House, battles are more tactical and strategic than ever!
Versus Battle: multiplayer is now matchmaking
One of the most interesting differences from the Builder's House is that you don't have your base attacked when you're out of the game. That's because duels take place in a matchmaking system. You look for an opponent, you find him, and you both fight each other to see who is the best. As if it were the 1v1 of Clan Battles, but here called Versus Battle.
As soon as the system finds an opponent, you start attacking their base. At the same time your base will be attacked, although, of course, you can't do anything during the attack. Whoever causes the most destruction in enemy territory wins. The player with the most stars wins Trophies and victory bonuses.
If there is a tie in the number of stars, whoever has the highest percentage of destruction wins. In the lower levels of the Builder's House, it is common that they also tie in this last item. In these cases, there are no winners.
Versus Battle Rewards
Reinforced that no loot in Builder's House mode is taken from the enemy. If you win a Versus Battle, your entire prize pool is awarded by the game as a win bonus, based on the League you are in. The prize is always in Gold and Elixir. The only thing you take away from your opponent is an amount of Trophies.
Interestingly, in addition to the victory bonus, there is a daily bonus, according to your League. Three wins in one day grants you an extra and huge amount of resources.
See the table below for the rewards.

Buildings available in Builder's House mode
The new Clash of Clans mode could not fail to introduce different buildings, which do not exist in the traditional mode. See what new buildings and units you can build!
- Overwhelming: a short-range defensive building that crushes enemy units in its field of attack
- Push Trap: this trap is very useful to throw enemies away, delaying the opponent's attack.
- Gem Mine: a long-awaited building, as it allows for the periodic, albeit slow, collection of Gems
- Clock tower: speeds up production and construction of everything on your base
- Stellar Lab: allows you to improve troops
- Double Cannon: a cannon with double the attack force
- Firecrackers: is the Home version of the Air Defense Builder
- Guard Post: Clan Castle Builder's House version
- Battle Machine Altar: has no offensive and defensive functions, other than guarding the Battle Machine
- Roast: launches small jets of plasma that deal damage to multiple enemies when they hit the ground
- Giant Cannon: hits multiple enemies with a single shot, as well as slowing the advance of enemy troops
- Cabana O.T.T.O: allows you to have one more builder in the base and allows the Master Builder to do work in your two villages
- Lava Launcher: launches lava balls that deal damage on impact and continue to deal damage for a few seconds to minions standing on the lava

Stats of the Builder's House
Like the Town Hall in the traditional version of Clash of Clans, the Builder's House has some important stats that every player should know about. This is important especially considering the construction costs of each level, as they are much more expensive than those of the Town Hall. See below!
Builder's House Level | Health points | Construction Cost (Gold) | construction time | Experience Obtained | Maximum number of buildings allowed |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | 100 | No | No | 0 | 0 |

Storage capacity of the Builder's House
The Builder's House can store more resources than the Town Hall. Remember that, luckily, these resources cannot be looted by other players. Exactly for this reason the storage capacity is bigger here, as you tend to accumulate more resources than you spend.
Here's how much Gold and Elixir your Builder's Hall holds per level:
